Job Summary:

The Senior Account Manager role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can provide expert-level communication services to clients across various industries.

You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including media partners and internal teams, to deliver high-quality work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and counsel
  • Counsel clients on comprehensive communications strategies, including IMC and consumer PR
  • Contribute to client development plans and oversee PR-related client campaigns
  • Manage team members, develop junior team members, and line management responsibilities
  • Assist with financial management, forecasting, hours allocation, and project budgeting

Requirements:

  • At least 6-8 years of agency experience in the APAC region
  • Experience in consumer clients and lifestyle, fashion, music, arts, travel, or tech brand is preferred
  • Able to lead projects/teams to be a leading agency for IMC communications and PR planning
  • Strong planning skills, bilingual presentation skills, and clear communication messaging
  • Able to lead material development, content creation, seeding, and KOL management
  • Strong ownership and leadership to ensure project team progress and deadlines
  • Able to switch roles between retainer and project teams dynamically
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in cross-function/account teams
  • Previous coaching and managing more junior employees experience
  • Dynamic and proactive team player with a strong can-do attitude
