About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Technology Project & Platform Delivery team at OCBC. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in coaching and mentoring agile teams to achieve high performance and deliver consistent, high-quality solutions at a sustainable pace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and Mentor Agile Teams: Provide guidance and support to teams to understand and adopt agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Ensure smooth execution of agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Support Product Owners: Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Coordinate Sprint Deliverables: Work with teams to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and commitments.
  • Remove Blockers: Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
  • Engage with Business Stakeholders: Communicate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and propose solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Guide Teams for Scalability and Compatibility: Ensure that delivered solutions are scalable and compatible with the organization's technology landscape.
  • Navigate Dependencies and Streams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives within stipulated timeframes.
Requirements
  • 10-13 years of relevant delivery experience in financial services, preferably in digital channels for corporates.
  • Understanding of technology and development lifecycle, including SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery.
  • Solid technical background to guide engineers in building solutions and diagnosing technical issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure with tight deadlines and multiple projects.
  • Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution to resolve complex problems effectively.
  • Self-starter with servant leadership and team building skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in conversational Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
