Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the overall culinary direction of our restaurant, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complex dishes using various cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring they are innovative, delicious, and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage the kitchen staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and manage kitchen supplies effectively.
  • Monitor kitchen costs and develop strategies to reduce waste and minimize expenses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior chef or executive chef role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful menu concepts.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Certification in Food Safety and Handling is a plus.
