Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Senior Technician and Duty Engineers in carrying out shift duties, focusing on repairing and maintaining all areas of the hotel and long stay unit facilities. This includes ensuring the proper function of hotel facilities, machinery, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly attend to all maintenance requests and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of reported defects and job completion.
• Attend to defects and breakdowns, prioritizing tasks to minimize downtime.
• Provide excellent service to guests by attending to their maintenance-related requests.
• Maintain the hotel facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to quality assurance standards.
• Manage maintenance inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.
• Participate in operation drills, following specific procedures to ensure preparedness.
• Protect company assets and maintain the confidentiality of guest and colleague information.

Requirements

• Certificate in electrical, mechanical, or other related major discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in engineering facilities maintenance.
• Technical training in electrical/plumbing is highly desirable.
