Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to fill the position of Component Maintenance Services Manager.

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and ensuring the delivery of high-quality component maintenance services for buses and automotive vehicles.

Key responsibilities include leading daily operations, including vehicle component overhaul, repair, and maintenance activities. This will involve directing a team to achieve quality standards and efficiency in component repair and maintenance activities.

To measure success, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are essential, and regular performance reports must be prepared and submitted. Additionally, the Component Maintenance Services Manager will be responsible for analyzing Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and part planning to ensure optimal workflow and minimize waste.

A strong organizational and multitasking ability is required to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is also necessary for report preparation and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications/Certifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree
