Job Title: Warehouse Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About The Role:
  • Responsible for overseeing the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and 3PL operations
  • Implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe use of warehouse equipment
  • Ensuring effective staff performance through coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of warehouse activities
  • Conduct cycle counts and lead stock take activities to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Setup layouts and ensure efficient space utilization in the warehouse
  • Oversee local delivery operations to ensure timely shipment of products
  • Investigate delivery errors and complaints, taking corrective action as necessary
  • Manage daily general and hazardous waste disposal and declaration
  • Prepare and adhere to company operations budget
  • Recruit, train, and develop competencies of warehouse staff
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Transportation
  • At least 5 years of warehouse management experience required
  • Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
  • Ongoing leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Physical strength, stamina, and ability to walk or stand for long periods
  • Knowledge of Materials and Inventory Management
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft software

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
