Job Title: Warehouse Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Director to join our team at FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, and driving business growth.

About the Role:
  • Manage and supervise warehouse operations, including local distribution, resource planning, and warehouse improvement projects.
  • Oversee overall operations supervision, including supervising warehouse operations teams and establishing best practices.
  • Monitor WSH monthly reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and direction to section leads on daily operations, project tasks, and resource planning.
  • Analyze monthly department P/L, identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth, and present proposals to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a managerial position in 3PL warehouse operations.
  • Proven track record of managing large warehouse operation teams, multitasking in fast-paced environments, and motivating dynamic service-oriented organizations.
  • Strong technical skills, process discipline, and ability to build and develop service deliverables and capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
