Medical Centre Assistant

This role is responsible for providing frontline counter services to patients in medical centres or mobile medical services events. The successful candidate will work closely with the Centre Manager/ Mobile Medical Services Manager to ensure a high standard of professional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Registration
- Responsible for the reception of all appointment and walk-in patients at the medical centre or mobile medical services event.
- Accurately schedule appointments and register patients via the clinic system, updating their personal particulars as needed.
- Verify patients' identifiers and ensure accurate application of promotions and discount vouchers.
- Communicate relevant instructions to patients prior to their tests or procedures.
- Cashiering and Medical Records Management
- Collect payment from patients when assigned to cashier duties and reconcile end-of-day sales with cash settlement and other transaction records.
- Accurately and meticulously perform cashiering duties when assigned.
- Dispatch medical reports and records in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with PDPA requirements.
- Service Excellence
- Ensure a high standard of professional service to clients, meeting customer service and quality KPIs as determined by the department.
- Proactively identify customer needs and sustain a culture of service excellence within the organisation.
- Collaborate with other teams within the medical centre and/or mobile medical services event to contribute to the performance of the team.
- Equipment, Supplies, and Maintenance
- Responsible for maintaining inventory of office equipment and supplies, ensuring sustainable levels of stationery and other consumables.
- Others
- Stay informed about products and services offered across the organisation.
- Attend training as assigned by the Centre Manager/ Mobile Medical Services Manager.
- Be deployed to other medical centres, including supporting Community Health Day and MMS events as needed.
