Luxury Diamond Sales Specialist

As a luxury diamond sales specialist, you will be responsible for conducting private consultations with clients, educating them on diamonds and the retail industry, and guiding them in selecting and customizing ring designs.

This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury goods and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 1.5 - 2 hour Private Consultations
  • Educate Clients on Diamonds and the Retail Industry
  • Guide Clients in Selecting and Customizing Ring Designs
  • Deliver High-quality Product Demonstrations
  • Manage Client Journey from Consultation to Delivery and Collection
  • Ensure Smooth Order Fulfillment and Follow up on Client Enquiries
Requirements:
  • Min. 1 year of High-End Retail or Luxury Goods Experience
  • Able to Work Retail Hours, Weekends, and Public Holidays
