Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead the planning and execution of our factory's capital and layout projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, automation, and optimization, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects to improve IE capital planning automation, optimization, and visualization
  • Take ownership for planning and executing factory capital and layout projects
  • Maintain and update factory capital and layout information
  • Regularly communicate with factory departments to ensure planning parameters are up-to-date
  • Support IE manager in computing and submitting regular factory budgetary plans and long-term plans
  • Align and execute on company/IE organization priority metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline
  • Skills in database management, data processing, and automation (Python preferred)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Strong teamwork and self-motivation skills
  • Positive and optimistic attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Flexible and excellent time and task management capabilities
Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in industrial engineering and manufacturing planning domain
  • Proven ability to perform data analysis

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex ideas clearly, and drive results through effective project management.
