Software Systems Developer

We are seeking a seasoned software systems developer to join our high-performance crypto trading team. This role will involve designing, building, and maintaining real-time C++ trading systems that drive strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing efficient network stack performance and latency optimization techniques
  • Building tools to manage high-throughput data pipelines
  • Integrating with advanced compute architectures like GPU/FPGA
  • Solving complex computing challenges in financial markets

You'll work closely with researchers and traders to leverage technology and science to redefine what's possible in digital asset trading. We foster a collaborative and fearless culture that rewards impact.

About You:

As a systems-level software engineer, you have 5+ years of experience in C++ for real-time applications. You possess deep networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Ethernet, IB) and comfort with Python or shell scripting. Exposure to performance optimization and low-latency design is essential. Strong math and algorithmic thinking are also required.
