About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at ST Engineering, focused on designing and optimizing mechanical systems for data centre facilities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Will have a strong background in mechanical design, HVAC system, and a deep understanding of data centre requirements.
  • Will be responsible for design and development of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and efficiency standards.
  • Will specify and select mechanical equipment, such as chillers, air handlers, and other HVAC components, ensuring they meet data centre requirements.
  • Will support and work closely with the design team for the optimization of data hall standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in HVAC design and mission critical infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and thermal analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their application in data centre environments.
