About the Job
This role involves providing leadership for process safety management systems development and sustainment. You will maintain knowledge of equipment and materials safety concerns and encourage a culture of safety.
You will also work with key stakeholders on Production Operations process, systems, methodologies, capabilities, and roadmaps. This includes ensuring alignment of WW Production Operations to close gaps to benchmark in cycle time and developing and tracking metrics regarding Fab Production Operations performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement process improvements that align with company goals and objectives
* Collaborate with business partners to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement
* Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed in their roles
* Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of business processes and identify areas for improvement
* Maintain knowledge of equipment and materials safety concerns and encourage a culture of safety
Requirements
* 5 years' experience in Engineering or Production/Manufacturing
* Master's in industrial engineering preferred
* Ability to manage worldwide business processes and maintain high business savvy
* Depth of understanding Supply Chain and business units' direction
* Ability to escalate critical issues and communicate with upper management
