About this Job:
Senior Shift Supervisor RoleThis position is responsible for leading a team of biotechnologists in executing process operations. The successful candidate will ensure timely completion and delivery of batches, while maintaining high housekeeping standards and discipline on the shopfloor.
Key Functions- First line leader serving management/supervisory function on the shopfloor.
- First line technical expert on the shopfloor, troubleshooting, investigating issues, and ensuring technical competency of biotechnologists.
- Reports directly to the Operation Manager.
- A Diploma/Degree in any Engineering or Science related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant as manufacturing technicians or graduates with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge in continuous improvement mindset and strong conflict management skills.
