Pastry Baker Job Description

We're seeking skilled Pastry Bakers to join our kitchen team. As a Commis or Demi Pastry Baker, you'll work closely with senior chefs to create high-quality pastries.

  • Assist in preparing viennoiseries, tarts, cakes, and other baked goods from dough work to finishing touches.
  • Refine techniques and maintain product quality at scale.
  • Handle mise en place, ingredient prep, and ensure proper rotation and storage.

Beyond the basics of baking, you'll learn the rhythm of working in a central production kitchen, supporting other stations when needed.

About This Role
  • 0-2 years' pastry kitchen experience or relevant baking school training.
  • A willingness to learn, strong eye for detail, and team-first attitude.
  • Solid foundational skills in mixing, piping, and handling delicate ingredients.
