Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive business expansion and growth in SME lending. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your extensive network of SME contacts to generate new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients across industries, and understand client financing needs to recommend suitable lending products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your existing SME network to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Bulk and maintain strong relationships with SME clients across various industries
  • Understand client financing requirements and provide tailored recommendations for lending solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional results

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in SME banking, business loans, or commercial lending
  • A strong existing network of SME contacts with a proven track record of success
  • Proven business development skills with the ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results
