Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, and be able to design and lead engaging activities that support the curriculum and pedagogical strategies.
- A minimum qualification of a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, or a comparable qualification.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Singapore's preschool education system and guidelines is a plus.
This role involves working with young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work well independently.
Responsibilities:
- Assess children's learning needs through regular observations and evaluations.
- Implement age-appropriate teaching, learning, and caregiving activities that align with relevant curriculum frameworks.
- Design and lead engaging activities that support the curriculum and pedagogical strategies.
- Apply effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Enhance the learning space with materials and resources that promote developmental growth.
- Maintain accurate records of children's learning progress and developmental milestones.
Requirements:
- A minimum qualification of a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, or a comparable qualification.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Singapore's preschool education system and guidelines is a plus.
- EDCA (L2) certification or a Mother Tongue Language Certificate is required.
