Job Title:Senior Architectural Leader

Description:

This senior role involves overseeing the design and architectural input for various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with project directors, associates, and technical staff to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General design and architectural input for projects.
  • Liaise with Project Director/Associates and technical staff.
  • Complete day-to-day executive work including design presentations and project correspondence.
  • Initiate and undertake actions to prevent non-conformity.
  • Identify and record product quality problems, recommending solutions through designated channels.
  • Maintain Integrated Management System for each project and Job Record.
  • Liaise with clients' representatives on all project issues.
  • Monitor contracts and billing status.
  • Control projects until any deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been rectified.
  • Perform BIM Manager duties in management, training, and project interface.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Reports to Project Director on all design and technical matters.
  • Design and Documentation.
  • Understanding and Application of Building Regulations.
  • DIRECTING THE TECHNICAL STAFF ON PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF FORMS, PLANS AND INFORMATION REQUIRED BY AUTHORITIES FOR APPROVALS.
