As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement.
**Estimated Salary:** SGD 45,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience working in a marketing role. You should be proficient in creating and publishing creative content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google. Experience with Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads is also required.
As a Marketing Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to increase lead generation and drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion;
• Creating and publishing creative content for multiple platforms;
• Coordinating and assisting in photography or videography needed in the execution of marketing campaigns and social media content;
• Brainstorming, planning, and executing innovative social media campaigns for multiple platforms according to brand guidelines;
• Providing strategy on delivering content to the right audience on the right channels;
• Following brand guidelines to execute a wide variety of activities that involve branding, advertising, social media, partnerships, and more;
• Creating and designing promotional material, including posters, brochures, advertisements, and other types of print and online media;
• Planning and developing integrated marketing strategies to increase lead generation and drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion;
• Working well in both team and individual settings;
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom;
• Basic design and image editing skills;
• Strong command of language, written and spoken;
