Senior HR Manager

We are seeking an HR Specialist to manage various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and HR business relations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, support employee engagement, and assist the business department from an HR perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business department from HR perspective on employee relations, performance evaluation.
- Serve as bridge between business department and HR COE to smoothen communications and improve cooperation and efficiency.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in full-cycle recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation and documentation. Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Assist HRD for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
Benefits & Compensation Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, or related field.
- 4+ years in HR roles (recruitment, generalist, or specialist).
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and problem-solving ability.
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
- Occasional business travel to HQ in Hangzhou, China.
