Care Support Associate

As a Care Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities. This includes helping them with personal care, such as bathing and dressing, serving meals and drinks, and feeding.

You will also be conducting rounds to ensure patient safety and comfort, monitoring restless patients and providing support when needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and facilities.

In this role, you will work closely with nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care. Your duties may include assisting with inventory management, tidying and organizing storage areas, and informing nursing staff of low stock levels.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be able to follow instructions carefully and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum PSLE Certificate or equivalent required.
  • Availability: Able to work in shift system (no night/graveyard shifts).
