We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling of customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate quotations for all service repair works and managing customer expectations
  • Monitoring the progress of repair/service and keeping customers informed on any issues that may arise
  • Liaising with our technical teams to resolve any service-related issues
  • Liaising with suppliers for parts procurement and inventory management
  • Collaborating with our operations team to optimize service resource allocation and planning
  • Coordinating with customers to address technical issues and ensure their needs are met
  • Administering all documentation related to costing, repair quotation, and vehicle history files
  • Ensuring seamless check-in and check-out of customer vehicles from our workshop
Requirements:
  • GCE 'O' or 'N' Levels / NITEC in Automotive Technology
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Possession of Class 3 or 3A driving license
  • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
