Job Opportunity: Automotive Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Specialist to join our team. As an Automotive Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while providing vehicle maintenance and repair solutions.

  • You will assist customers by understanding their vehicle concerns and recommending suitable service or repair solutions.
  • You will act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop to ensure clear and responsive communication.
  • You will keep customers updated on job progress and repair timelines.
  • You will handle daily intake of cars for servicing and manage service scheduling.
  • You will deliver a positive customer experience from check-in to vehicle collection.
  • You will support the workshop team by aligning service expectations with actual job progress.
  • You will perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • BASIC VEHICLE KNOWLEDGE IS PREFERABLE BUT NOT MANDATORY; TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
  • FRIENDLY, PROACTIVE TEAM PLAYER WITH A WILLINGNESS TO LEARN.
  • SELF-DRIVEN WITH A STRONG SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY AND SERVICE EXCELLENCE.
  • POSSESSION OF A VALID CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENSE IS AN ADVANTAGE.
