Charging Operations Expert

The role of a Charging Operations Expert is to oversee the planning, execution, and deployment of Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure. This involves leading project management efforts, ensuring timely project implementation, and delivering high-value propositions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and site layouts for effective project planning.
  • Engage with stakeholders, ensure permitting and coordination, and construct EV charger infrastructure in diverse locations.
  • Conduct site surveys, create detailed project plans, and manage data to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience in high-growth startups, EV industry, or project management is preferred.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of civil construction and electrical systems.
  • Data management expertise.
  • Understanding of charging infrastructure.
Soft Skills/Behavioral Skills:
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Effective stakeholder management.
