Our bank is looking for a Vice President to be based in Singapore.

This role plays an important part in developing and strengthening client relationships, participating on advisory teams, and structuring and executing financial transactions.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to communicate effectively and have experience working with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial models to provide strategic advice to clients
  • Develop and execute transaction processes
  • Participate in client presentations and meetings
  • Assist in origination and deal execution

Requirements:

  • 8 years' experience in investment banking or equivalent field
  • Experience working in M&A / IBD preferred
  • Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively with multiple groups and regions
