Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Organisational Culture Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for embedding company culture across the employee lifecycle and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business growth.

Your primary objective will be to design and develop solutions that align with our mission and core values, ensuring our culture is integrated into every aspect of our organisation. You will work closely with organisational leaders, HR teams, and other business partners to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing evaluation of cultural initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative individual who can think innovatively to drive business results through effective people strategies. If you have experience in building and implementing cultural programmes, HR processes, and leadership development workshops, we want to hear from you

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in building and implementing cultural programmes, including design, development, and delivery.
  • Proven track record in leading global change, project, and product management, including needs analysis, business consulting, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear and actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
