Customer Service Representative
The role of a Customer Service Representative involves delivering exceptional customer experiences to both potential and existing clients. Key responsibilities include explaining the centre's courses, education philosophy, and pedagogy to potential customers, promoting centre programmes to both potential and existing customers, building relationships with our clients, handling phone and email queries effectively and promptly, and performing and managing sales transactions efficiently.
Administrative Responsibilities- Organising replacement lessons for students and scheduling appointments for parents, management or teachers.
- Ensuring the centre's inventory is properly managed and simple logistics are executed effectively.
- Additional administrative and ad-hoc duties, e.g. filing documents.
Requirements:
- A minimum of GCE 'A' levels or Diploma qualifications.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably within enrichment centres settings.
- Proficiency in MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets).
- Will to be deployed at other centres due to operational demands.
