- Manage customer inquiries through various channels with attention to detail.
- Provide top-notch customer service, welcoming both new and returning members and guiding them through our policies.
- Engage with existing members to build strong relationships and ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire studio.
- E nsure the operational readiness of front desk areas, practice rooms, and toilets at all times.
- Perform administrative duties and be familiar with Microsoft and Google Sheets.
