Responsibilities:
  1. Manage customer inquiries through various channels with attention to detail.
  2. Provide top-notch customer service, welcoming both new and returning members and guiding them through our policies.
  3. Engage with existing members to build strong relationships and ensure their continued satisfaction.
  4. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire studio.
  5. E nsure the operational readiness of front desk areas, practice rooms, and toilets at all times.
  6. Perform administrative duties and be familiar with Microsoft and Google Sheets.
