Job Title: HR Director

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the overall HR strategy and direction of our organization. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with 15 years of relevant experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic HR plans that drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage various audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR are an asset but not required.
