Job Title: Fuel Sourcing Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for all fuel procurement activities, ensuring the company's fleet of vessels operates efficiently and effectively. This role involves sourcing high-quality fuels at competitive prices, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in fuel procurement or a related field
  • Diploma or University Degree in Logistics, Shipping, or Economics (desired)
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and adapting to changing circumstances
  • Proficient in IMOS software or similar systems, with knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles
  • Fluent English and Chinese language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders
