Job Role: Sourcing Expert

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sourcing Expert to manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Issuing purchase orders to suppliers and confirming orders with customers.
  • Monitoring vessel schedules to ensure timely preparation and delivery of ship's stores.
  • Collecting signed receipts from relevant departments and preparing documents for invoicing.
  • Purchasing provision/bonded stores for crew members.
  • Assisting colleagues with daily work tasks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
