Job Title:

Field Service Specialist

Job Description:
  • Perform site installation, repair, servicing and maintenance of Wafer Fab Cleanroom machines.
  • Coordinate and complete jobs within allocated time frames.
  • Deliver high-quality work in accordance with specified standards and qualifications.
  • Provide timely and professional information to customers regarding technical service inquiries.
  • Liaise with principals on unresolved technical issues and maintain accurate records.
  • Collect and compile data during on-site visits.
  • Participate in stand-by duty, willing to work overtime and shifts as needed.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Possess 3-5 years of experience in Wafer Fab Machine Installation.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exhibit positive working behavior.
  • Be willing to work on the North side.
