Responsibilities
  • Verify daily AIA ILP Net Asset Value (NAV) reports prepared by the fund administrator for accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluate bond prices provided by brokers, ensuring they are complete and approved before 12 noon daily.
  • Ensure timely and accurate placement of ILP trades with the fund manager's registrar to prevent financial loss.
  • Accurately input security prices, account for subscription and redemption trades, and manage management fees in NAV reports daily.
  • Perform daily trade placements with the custodian and upload prices to Integral Life.
  • Conduct monthly holdings reconciliation for AIA ILP funds and asset evolution.
  • Prepare semi-annual fund reports for direct investment linked funds.
  • Verify trailer fees statements and custody invoices, maintaining excellent relationships with fund houses, custodians, and fund administrators.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, banking and finance or related fields.
  • At least three years' experience in accounting and banking or finance industries.
  • Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
