Job Title: Psychological Analysis Manager

Overview of the Position:

  • This role involves leading the psychological analysis of the internal audience within the Singapore Armed Forces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the target audience to support organizational understanding and intervention development.
  • Lead fast-cycle event sensing and manage long-cycle research projects that explore new tools and platforms for assessing sentiment and analysing the internal tribe.
  • Develop capabilities to assess sentiment and coordinate telephone polls and surveys to gauge opinions on organisational issues.
  • Collaborate with command networks to facilitate focus group studies and provide insights into organisational dynamics.

Challenges:

  • The ability to stay abreast of complex operational landscapes, diverse cultures, and policies in the organisation.
  • Identifying trends and developing appropriate interventions to address concerns within the SAF.
  • Exploring innovative methods and tools to enhance the effectiveness of sensing and analysis systems.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology is essential for this role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in conducting, developing, and delivering sensing and analysis systems, as well as exploring areas of communications or organisational psychology research and producing applied research.
  • Strong analytical and research skills are required for this position.
