Lead Psychological Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Psychological Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead psychological analysis of our internal audience, conducting research and sentiment analysis to support organisational understanding and intervention development.

  • Conduct target audience analysis to gain insights into our internal stakeholders' needs and preferences.
  • Lead fast-cycle event sensing to stay ahead of emerging trends and issues.
  • Manage long-cycle research projects to develop a deep understanding of our organisation's dynamics.
  • Develop sentiment capabilities to effectively gauge public opinion and sentiment.
  • Ccoordinate telephone polls and surveys to gather data and feedback.
  • Facilitate focus group studies to engage with our internal stakeholders and gather valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with command networks to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Explore new sensing tools and platforms to enhance our analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Staying abreast of the complex operational landscape, diverse cultures and policies.
  • Identifying sentiment trends and developing appropriate interventions for our organisation.
  • Exploring new tools and platforms to assess their suitability for sensing and analysis of our internal tribe.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Education in Psychology or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the conduct, development and delivery of sensing and analysis systems, as well as experience of exploring areas of communications or organisational psychology research and produced applied research.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to collect, analyse and interpret complex data.
