What the role is

You lead psychological analysis of SAF's internal audience, conducting research and sentiment analysis to support organisational understanding and intervention development.

What you will be working on

  • Conduct target audience analysis
  • Lead fast-cycle event sensing
  • Manage long-cycle research projects
  • Develop sentiment capabilities
  • Coordinate telephone polls and surveys
  • Facilitate focus group studies
  • Collaborate with command networks
  • Explore new sensing tools
  • Develop professional expertise in psychological methodologies and statistical techniques
    Challenge(s)
  • Staying abreast of the complex operational landscape, diverse cultures and policies
  • Identifying sentiment trends and developing appropriate interventions for the SAF
  • Exploring new tools and platforms to assess their suitability for sensing and analysis of the internal tribe

What we are looking for

  • Education in Psychology
  • At least 3 years of experience in the conduct, development and delivery of sensing and analysis systems and experience of exploring areas of communications or organisational psychology research and produced applied research
  • Strong analytical and research skills
    Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
