We are seeking a highly skilled Clearing and Settlement Expert to join our Treasury Operations team in Prague. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of cash transactions in APAC currencies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of cash transactions
- Monitoring and following up on customers' instructions
- Collaborating with Cash Correspondent Banks to develop and maintain efficient payment processes
- Handling customer documentation, account openings, closures, and maintenance
- Administration and preparation of customer agreements
- Investigating potential true matches against relevant lists or patterns generated by screening tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or relevant experience
- At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome
- Good understanding of financial markets and instruments
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in any other language an advantage
- Dedication, team and communication skills, time flexibility, and competency in MS Office applications
