We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Process Engineer to support the setup and ramp of our next-generation semiconductor manufacturing line. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive smooth technology transfer from pathfinding and ramp to pilot production. The successful candidate will have experience in process transfer to pilot production lines, strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards including metrology, and comfort working across time zones and collaborating with remote teams.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and training on existing R&D processes and transferring knowledge to pilot production lines, creating comprehensive checklists to ensure successful process transfer, and tracking and managing schedules, deliverables, and risks for technology transfer and production milestones. Additionally, the candidate will need to coordinate training with R&D transfer engineers and support tool and process qualifications at HVM sites.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to track and manage multiple tasks, and flexibility to travel back and forth between South East Asia and the USA up to 50% of the time. Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior/Principal equivalent role
