Job Description

The Store Leadership Manager is a pivotal role within the store leadership team, significantly impacting sales floor team members and guest experiences daily.

This leader sets the standard by exemplifying exceptional performance and providing guidance to Educators, ensuring an outstanding guest experience in the store. They oversee all retail floor operations, making adjustments as necessary to meet business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & People Development
  • Support ongoing learning and career development of team members through regular feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance.
  • Recognize and reward team members for their contributions, assess their performance, and document growth opportunities.
  • Develop and disseminate product knowledge and company information through various communication channels.
Guest Experience Excellence
  • Elevate the guest experience by promptly assessing guest needs, providing technical product education, and supporting transactions and omnichannel programs.
  • Engage with guests to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions for purchases and returns.
  • Deliver effective product education by highlighting the value and benefits of products.
  • Resolve guest concerns and address escalations efficiently.
Collaboration & Operations
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion among team members and guests.
  • Provide sales floor leadership, including planning coverage and making decisions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze business data and metrics to evaluate progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
