Job Description

The Operations Partner plays a pivotal role in overseeing full shift operations, ensuring the enforcement of brand and service standards. This involves managing inventory routines and supporting leadership through team coordination and initiative delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations Management:
    • Responsible for effective shift planning.
    • Leads store operations independently, adhering to standard operating procedures and delivering consistent product quality.
    • Enforces product presentation and bar production standards to ensure uniform output across all shifts.
    • Strengthen and monitor the execution of service procedures, guaranteeing exceptional customer experiences.
    • Supports store leadership by developing managerial responsibilities and participating in daily operations.
    • Performs other duties assigned by store leadership or management.
  • Inventory & Resource Management:
    • Conducts regular stock checks, maintaining accurate inventory records.
    • Organizes storage areas, enforcing clear labeling practices.
    • Monitors asset usage to prevent misuse or waste of store resources.
    • Tracks product losses and discrepancies during shifts, reporting findings for cost control.
    • Forecasts material usage and places supply orders, accounting for delivery cycles and shelf life.
  • Merchandise & Sales:
    • Summarizes monthly merchandise sales performance, providing feedback to enhance product quality and visibility and team selling focus.
    • Supports merchandise inventory planning, including stock level monitoring, restocking needs, and promotion readiness.
  • Events & Internal Initiatives:
    • Coordinates and supports store-level events and internal initiatives.
  • Team Support & Training:
    • Participates actively in training and mentorship of Associates, promoting skill development and upholding brand standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B or retail industries, with at least 1 year in a team lead or shift lead role.
  • Skills: Coffee making; knowledge in Bakery and Brunch.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, planning, and execution skills.
  • A proactive drive to learn.
  • Genuine passion for coffee, food, or baking.
  • A strong work ethic.
