Deposits Governance Expert

Imagine joining a high-caliber team responsible for managing deposits governance and regulatory product portfolio. This intermediate level role is perfect for those with strong knowledge of internal control principles, self-starters who can engage external parties with minimal supervision, and individuals with excellent communication skills to interface with stakeholders across business and functions.
This role involves managing audit deliverables, executing Manager Control Assessment (MCA), and coordinating Audit reviews in close partnership with product stakeholders, compliance, finance, Operations, and Technology.
You'll have the opportunity to work on projects such as MCA Transformation, deposit project completion, special assignments, and management reporting to Country, Regional, Global & Regulators. Additionally, you'll be responsible for supporting incident-related activities to Deposits Product in line with Wealth Escalation Process and Guidelines.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working across multi-function and/or global business
- Strong knowledge and experience of internal control principles
- Self-starter with ability to engage external parties with little supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills to interface with stakeholders across business and functions
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
