Product Manager for Deposits Governance

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and strong knowledge of internal control principles. They must be a self-starter with the ability to engage external parties with minimal supervision.

  • Manage regulatory initiatives, internal and external audits, governance, and controls
  • Act as the primary contact for SDIC, including impact assessment, enhancements, annual submissions, related audits, and training
  • Coordinate audit deliverables and reviews, ensuring timely and quality submissions across Deposits and Controls teams
  • Lead planning and end-to-end execution of the MCA Transformation program for Deposits, working with Global and Country stakeholders; oversee quarterly MCA submissions and maintain expert knowledge of MCA standards, procedures, and tools

As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience working across multi-function and/or global business
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes
