We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team of professionals dedicated to ensuring the highest quality standards in manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance and consistent execution according to documented quality systems (PCRB / MRB / ICAR / ISHARE / FMEA / MSA).
- Execute and enforce customer-specific requirements (CuSR).
- Track operational activities timely to ensure no delays according to schedule (Validation, facilitation, system closure/lot disposition, action item tracking).
- Track and publish operational KPIs and customer reports timely.
- Utilize structural problem-solving skills for quality-related incidents.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance system/workflow robustness, overall quality, speed, and cost of operations.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and collaborate with business functions to implement corrective actions.
- Master/bachelor's degree in engineering or science is preferred.
- > 5 years of work experience in quality assurance, process improvement, SPC or related field, high-tech and/or semiconductor experience is a plus.
- Auditor experience or certified ISO/IATF/VDA Auditor is a plus.
- Project Management experience is a plus.
