Job Title:

Middleware / Technical Services Specialist

Epergne Solutions is seeking a skilled Middleware/Technical Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in middleware administration and infrastructure architecture, with a strong background in performance tuning and issue monitoring.

Key responsibilities of this role include delivering technical services to support environment provisioning, software integration, data/environment migration, and major product upgrades. Additionally, the successful candidate will perform middleware administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across various platforms such as Windows, Unix, Linux, AIX, Solaris, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Nutanix, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in middleware administration and infrastructure architecture
  • Proficiency in Shell scripting and automation to enhance operational efficiency
  • Hands-on experience with IBM MQ administration, including configuring queues and channels, monitoring queue managers, managing message flows, troubleshooting connectivity, and implementing MQ security
  • Knowledge of server installation and configuration, performance tuning, and issue monitoring
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and articulate issues clearly
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect or AWS Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional are a plus
