**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer - FEED Works to join our team at OCEANSTAR ELITE ENGINEERING GROUPS PTE. LTD. in Singapore. The successful candidate will provide dedicated engineering support during the FEED works phase and ensure proper integration of engineering designs.

**Key Accountabilities:

  • Continual engineering and project management support during FEED works.
  • Review and verify consultant and contractor-proposed designs according to international industrial and in-house technical standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (subject matter experts, process safety, operations) and external stakeholders (customers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers).
  • Evaluate engineering documents, consultant, and vendor drawings and specifications, manage costs, and schedules.

**Essential Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering from a reputable university with Oil & Gas background.
  • 12-18 years related experience in design and knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
  • Good understanding of terminal business and its drivers covering technical, operational, and HSSE aspects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project) and process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Honeywell UniSim).
