Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to compensation.
- Process payroll efficiently, ensuring timely and precise payment.
- Review and analyze variances in labor expenses to optimize financial performance.
- Contribute to month-end closing and reconciliation processes.
- Handle staff claims, IR8A, and other tax-related filings with efficiency.
- Prepare CPF contribution reports and manage refunds as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters.
- Respond to employees' inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll procedures, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A diploma in business administration or equivalent, along with 2 years of experience in payroll or a related field, is preferred.
