The Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term satisfaction and growth of our customers across Southeast Asia.

Based in Singapore and working remotely, this individual will be responsible for guiding and nurturing relationships with our customers to drive mutual success.

We are seeking a skilled professional who can own and manage the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to training and renewal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong, proactive relationships with customers across Southeast Asia
  • Identifying and supporting opportunities for upsell and cross-sell in partnership with Sales
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
  • Collaborating with Customer Support Engineers to ensure seamless communication and delivery
  • Collecting and sharing customer feedback to improve product and service quality
  • Tracking success metrics and using data to inform customer strategy and engagement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

3+ years of experience in Customer Success

A strong track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships
