Senior Commercial Leader

As a key member of our BioProduction team in APJ, you will have the opportunity to craft the future of life sciences and drive outstanding commercial success.

  • Lead and encourage a dynamic sales team
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies
  • Foster top-level customer relationships and drive market share growth

This position involves crafting and implementing a regional sales strategy, using direct and matrixed teams along with cross-functional resources in APJ.

Key Qualifications:
  • At least 15 years of proven experience and track record in a commercial sales or marketing management role, preferably within the Life Sciences industry
  • Previous experience leading a region, a large country, or neighboring countries with cultural differences
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial and business operations with proven ability to drive margin expansion and operational improvements
  • Ability to develop creative growth strategies and guide successful execution
  • Meaningful experience in leading business functions, especially sales, marketing and commercial
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and lead employees to achieve performance objectives
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively in a multi-divisional matrix organization to achieve commercial objectives
  • Highly resilient and focused
