Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Wine & Spirits Industry

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team in the wine and spirits industry. This is a back-office role responsible for supporting the sales team through administrative tasks, order processing, and warehouse coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be able to prepare sales quotations, sales orders, and invoices; maintain customer records and pricing information in the system; process and monitor customer orders accurately and efficiently; coordinate with the warehouse on stock availability, order fulfillment, and delivery schedules; assist in generating periodic sales and inventory reports for management; ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, preferably in the wine, spirits, or FMCG industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), with experience with ERP systems being a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of logistics or warehouse processes is an advantage.
