Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Store Operations Manager to spearhead store business management and operations in Singapore. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving the full spectrum of store performance, including sales, revenue, recruitment, inventory, and cost optimization.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic leadership of the store team, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
  • Maintaining operational integrity, ensuring quality control and assurance standards are met.
  • Team management, including training, performance, and productivity; mentoring team members to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Serving as the main representative between the store and customers, cultivating effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in fast-moving beverages or F&B operations.
  • Knowledge of P&L management.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve smooth operational success.
